Abdulla Jasem Al Nowais is one of Abu Dhabi’s most respected Emirati businessmen, a founder, a builder and a custodian of a family name that carries significant weight across the UAE and the wider region.
Born and educated in Abu Dhabi, he was shaped early by the values of his late father, Mr. Jasem Nasser Al Nowais and by working alongside him in the family’s commercial ventures. That foundation of learning through doing and of understanding business as a relationship before a transaction, has defined his approach ever since.
He went on to formalise that grounding with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Public Administration from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He returned to Abu Dhabi with both the knowledge and the conviction to build something of his own.
In 1999, he founded Al Nowais Group. What followed has been decades of quiet, purposeful work, building partnerships, earning trust and contributing to the growth of the UAE’s industrial and commercial landscape in a way that reflects the values instilled in him from the very beginning.
Jasem Abdulla Al Nowais

Jasem brings a breadth of experience that few in his generation can match. Across a career spanning some of the UAE’s most consequential institutions, he has built a reputation as a sharp and versatile finance and investment professional, with a deep understanding of how value is created and sustained at scale.
His career spans three of the country’s defining sectors. He began in oil and gas at ADNOC, moved into aviation at Etihad and later into real estate at Aldar, developing expertise across financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, capital funding, strategy and investment management along the way.
Today, he serves as Managing Director of Al Nowais Group and PM Group in Abu Dhabi, bringing that institutional depth and commercial perspective to the group’s growing portfolio of partnerships and investments.
Vikram Nikkam
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Vik is the engine behind Al Nowais Group’s partnership ecosystem. With over two decades of commercial experience across the Gulf region he has built a reputation as a connector of consequence, someone who understands not just how deals are structured but how relationships are sustained over the long term.
At Al Nowais Group, he leads the Group’s strategic partnerships portfolio, managing a pipeline that spans oil and gas, energy infrastructure, marine, water technology and industrial manufacturing. His work sits at the intersection of international capability and local opportunity, identifying the right partners, opening the right doors and ensuring that both sides of every relationship have what they need to succeed in this market.
Along with Al Nowais Group, he has founded and manages Crea, a sustainable brand and merchandise agency, reflecting a commercial instinct that has always extended beyond a single sector or discipline.
A Harvard Business School alumnus in Sustainable Business Strategy, he brings both the rigour of formal education and the texture of real-world experience to everything he touches. The agreements drafted, the introductions made and the projects advanced under his tenure speak more clearly than any title could.
Ahmed Abdulla Al Nowais
Director of Business Development
Ahmed represents the next generation of the Al Nowais family in business. He leads the Group’s business development function, structuring partnerships and high-value opportunities that expand its footprint across the UAE and international markets, and translating the family’s long-standing relationships into meaningful commercial impact.
As Director of Business Development at Al Nowais Group, Ahmed plays an active role in identifying growth opportunities, developing new market initiatives and advancing the group’s revenue strategy. Working closely with the leadership team, he has established himself as a valuable and integral part of the group’s day-to-day operations and longer-term ambitions.
Well connected across government and semi-government circles in Abu Dhabi, he brings both the relationship capital of the Al Nowais name and the determination to build on that legacy in his own right. Personable, driven and genuinely committed to the group’s vision, Ahmed represents the next chapter of the family’s business journey while carrying forward the values that have always defined it.
Janica Napao
Executive Assistant
Janica holds the position of Executive Assistant at Al Nowais Group. She supports the Group’s leadership in executive coordination, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day operations, helping ensure seamless communication and effective execution of key business priorities.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Financial Management, which has provided her with a valuable foundation in financial principles, business operations and organizational management. Her role contributes to enhancing operational effectiveness, facilitating collaboration and supporting the Group’s continued growth and development.
Through her commitment to excellence, professionalism and proven coordination skills, Janica fosters meaningful relationships and advances the Group’s vision and long-term success.
Beryl Mayangos
Operations Manager
Beryl is the operational backbone of Al Nowais Group. With 13 years of professional experience across administrative operations, business coordination, documentation and process management, he brings a level of organisational depth that keeps the group running with precision and consistency.
A graduate in Management Accounting, he has developed extensive knowledge of business setup and company formation in the UAE, as well as the specific requirements of oil and gas vendor registration and prequalification processes. In an environment where the difference between winning and losing a project can often come down to documentation and compliance, his expertise is both practical and invaluable.

Vanitha Dakshinamurthy
Finance Manager
Vanitha brings over eight years of dedicated finance experience to Al Nowais Group, where she serves as the financial conscience of the organisation. Specialising in asset, liability and capital account management, she ensures the group’s financial records are maintained with the rigour, accuracy and discipline that a family office of this standing demands.
Beyond the numbers, she plays a key role throughout the audit process, working closely with auditors and providing the documentation, coordination and clarity needed to keep everything running smoothly. Her strong grounding in accounting and tax gives the group’s leadership the confidence to focus on growth, knowing the financial foundation beneath them is in capable and trustworthy hands.

Saif Abdulla Al Nowais

Saif is a distinguished Emirati professional with a diverse background spanning finance, business, marketing, media, consulting and strategic operations. His experience across leading institutions has shaped a broad commercial perspective and a strong understanding of growth, value creation and leadership.
His career includes ADCB and ADIB, with expertise in asset and liability management, investments, treasury and corporate relationship management, alongside experience with MED-EL, Abu Dhabi Media and Zayed International Airport.

Faisal oversees and strengthens relationships between the group and its strategic business partners. Fatima Mohamed Al Nowais
Internal Audit
Fatima brings over three decades of distinguished experience in internal audit, governance and risk management to Al Nowais Group. A proud member of the Al Nowais family, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking from UAE University, alongside a suite of professional qualifications, including the Certified Valuation Analyst designation and an MBA in Strategic Management.
Before joining ANG, she spent 27 years at the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development as a Team Leader and Internal Auditor, overseeing comprehensive audit programmes across financial, operational and technology functions.
At Al Nowais Group, her mandate is straightforward: to protect the organisation by identifying risks before they become problems and ensuring that the controls in place remain effective and fit for purpose.
